!6 hour doesnt work on me as well as 12 hour ones, good heating on skin though

Have tried cheaper products and they dont stay in place or heat up properly, these did but found the 16 hour patches were not staying warm as long as the 12 hour ones, very effective for muscle tension though, sticky side didnt stay put on me as well as 12 hour onesRead full review

Do not stay in place
