Good for straight coffees, not so good for the specialities such as cappuccino.
A bit fiddly to make the mixed drinks like Cappuccino & Latte. Using two separate pods and having to guess the amount of liquid to insert for each one. For straight coffees it's fine, very quick, easy to fill, easy to clean & compact.Read full review

In working condition. Looks brand new. A piece missing from the coffee pod container which stops it dripping - I have been told. Not really a problem but have to be careful when removing pod coffee or milk doesnt drip everywhere. I would recommend this site if I continue to have no problems with machine (I only had a few weeks).

very disappointed.
I bought this machine thinking I would be able to enjoy "proper coffee" at home. As opposed to instant. I bought a selection of pods but find that none of them taste , in any way like "shop" coffee.- The coffee is weak and tasteless. I have followed the instructions to the letter so it is not operator error. I am elderly and disabled and cannot afford to buy items that do not work to my satisfaction. Read full review

Streamlined version but same quality product
Love the little teabag holder so you can brew a herbal tea without boiling the kettle. Had an earlier version of this machine and this is more streamlined and the cup holder space is easier to use.
