It says” does not appear to be used” but it had a used capsule in it and coffee had spilled inside. Was not clean. Part is missing ( where cup goes) but that was inferred from description so i was not surprised. It works well but did not like receiving a product with spilled grounds inside that was obviously used.Read full review
