Probably the best neat espresso machine available.

Almost immediate as v. fast warm up. Quality of coffee produced is excellent using an espresso ground coffee with great crema. The frother is also very effective if you like frothed milk for cappuccino topping.
You can adjust the settings for hardness of water and temperature and should you forget it it will switch off automatically after a while when unused.

First espresso machine and not disappointed

Very easy to use and brews as well with ground coffee and the ESE pods/bags. Good customisation to allow you to vary the temperature and espresso size, although it takes a few attempts to get the combination right (to personal taste). Easy to clean with the coffee pod and milk spout being removable. The removable drip tray makes it great for slightly larger cups. Fabulously narrow worktop footprint. Lovely looking machine - great flavour

The condition was as described by seller as new with all accessories. Looks great and easy to use. Makes great coffee but finding it a little messy time you grind, fill the coffee grinds into the machine and finally knocking the grinds out. Also difficult to get a really hot cup of coffee.

This is the first time I have used a coffee machine rather than instant - so still in a learning curve.

Great value for money.

Ultimately it’s the cost of this refurbished item. It looks like new! It works fantastically and is particularly good when used with ESE pods. I wanted to change from my previous Tassimo coffee maker as its pods are not easily recyclable.
I believe the brand new price of this item is around £250 which is a bit of a rip off in my opinion, but at the price of £105 that I paid for this item, that’s great value for money. Good looking machine. Does a very good creamy coffee. Read the instruction booklet though!

Looks good and doesn't take up much counter top space. It is also quite lightweight. Heats up quickly. Makes a very good coffee with a lovely crema. The only issue I have is that it switches itself off and goes into Standby mode. If you then forget and press the usual on/off button it can be a bit of a struggle to get it back in working mode again. So, basically, don't forget, it's in Standby!!!! You absolutely have to read the instructions to understand what to do, and getting the best out of the machine. Makes good Espresso

First thing I must say is the espresso made by the Dedica is very good.
Machine is well built with added advantage of a compact factor.
The instructions are lacking to get the best out of the machine. Watching some YouTube videos to get the best from the machine. Making 2 lattes takes me 6 to 8 mins.

Having purchased from Direct Vacuums many times over the years, the products have been like new and still going strong.
