Daiwa Emcast Sport 5500A is a good value for this type of reel. It has a very smooth action and is easy to use. Has a great line capacity and the line feeds off of the spool very well. The reel is a little larger than I would have liked, but overall a very good product.Read full review

Surprised me at how sturdy it is. It will be perfect for my heavy ocean rod. It's heavy, but you're not going to be casting it over and over again like a bass rod.
