Better stay cold than buy this

Came broken. The "cage" bit was not inserted, one of the screw inserts which holds the two sides of the heater together was broken. There are only 3 temperature settings: cold, hot and very hot. The scroll which is supposed to regulate the temperature does not regulate it at all.
