Brilliant design
I bought this as a gift for my young granddaughter and she loved it! Well made and unlikely to topple over as some flimsier metal ones do, large music score area that supports the paper well plus the extras such as the light make this an enjoyable music stand to use. Thank you DSL. Read full review

Poor design
If you're going to design a stand that is portable you need a height adjustment mechanism that is Sturdy and unfortunately this is the ONLY weak point on the stand which is a shame.
The tightening bolt works by making direct contact with the upright post (metal on metal) leading to inevitable marks and scratches. Also, the adjustment clamp holding the bolt is thin plastic. Mine was broken the first day and returned.Read full review

Foldable Music Stand
You want a decent sized, stable platform on which to place music and this stand provides that perfectly. As well as having a tripod base which is adjustable, the stand height also adjusts simply with thumb screws and the angle of the stand can be adjusted similarly. Flimsy not good enough
This music stand is not heavy duty. In this aspect it is poorly described. It wobbles when it has a book on it and could easily be tipped over. Not really practical for a busy musician.

My favourite stand
Very well made and sturdy, with a good spread of feet to make it stable. Height adjustment more than enough to make it suitable for sitting and standing.Full of good touches like the folding plate that makes it relatively compact for an orchestral stand.
