Dewalt 18 volt cordless drill
Chose the Dewalt drill to replace a drill with failing battery, took the decision to purchase a new unit than buy a new battery.
This Dewalt 18volt came with a 5ah battery and charger all in a case.
The drill has all the power and features, that I need as a DIY enthusiast .

Extremely powerful drill, smaller than I expected, watch your wrists and use the torque settings to limit power or you could have an accident!!, very bright light with 3 power settings but you can't turn it off, nice case, got an OEM spare battery for £19 on eBay. Dewalt DCD796 kit. Feels tough but not too heavy. Very powerful with lots of speed or torque. Useful LED light to illuminate work area. Metal chuck feels more professional and rugged than cheaper tools. Battery has some movement once connected to drill but not enough to cause any problem once clipped in. Bought this Dewalt drill to replace a 14.4v one that I've had for years and it's better in every way. Nicer to handle, more powerful, quite compact and with the 5 amp battery it will do more diy work than I will ever give it on one charge, so no need for second battery and all came in a handy carry box.
