jury is out on product as not fully tested
havent tried everything to see if it works......has a lot of extras but not easy to work.....very flimsy controls fraid press too hard they may puncture inner electronics...if u know what i mean.....brand new worth the price....second hand should be half......electric flex not long only 1mtr if that....not practical...flex should be at least 3m long.....wouldnt leave it plugged in while i am away until i get to know it...was present for sister for christmas.....looks lovely though.,,,,reason why i bought....good sound considering with outlet for better quality speakers......the company i bought it from have alowed a month for returns...so plenty of time to test it bearing in mind we both work.....but company i feel are trustworthy and freindly...i had an issue with turning it on...maybe i wasnt sexy enough (lol) seriously they helped with the issue and their response was quick and effective...got it working.....lovely piece of kit...just usure at the moment as is second hand....probably been bought and returned by many....but we love to give a good home to a stray....if that makes sense....and considering i bought it at what i feel should be brand new price...i am still on the fence...but that doesnt reflct on the company..they have been great as they refunded me me straight away quicker then they said...when i bought it first time round...but i loved the look of it and the promises of its potential....it was the courier ( no surprise there) that acted like dicks.......happy with retailer....not sure of product...........yet!!!!! but i have a while.....could have used a longer flex.....just saying........1mtr is useless.....so have to buy extension....hope this helps......oh ...forgot to mention.....packaging as if it came from manufactures so quite protected...but i wont guarantee it on all their products.....but better than where i work Read full review

A lot for your money
You get a lot for the money , but it is very basic quality. The CD and mp3 player are to my mind the best bits . The record player deck is like like what you get in a suit case style player . Radio is good , the cassette player is very noisy .
Looks an attractive item , from a bygone era ..

Attractive retro design
Attractive retro design, very compact. Really enjoyable to experience using a turntable again, listening to old 45s and LPs, as well as rediscovering my old cassette collection. The sound is weighted more towards treble than bass, and is of reasonably good quality.
The radio and CD player are also very good.

Great value for money - plays every format you could think of (OK - not eight track!) - and records. Played some vinyl, after who knows how many years. and the sound quality was excellent.
