Proper quality, rich flavours.
Loved this curry. Could manage a bit more on the heat scale personally but the flavours in there work really well. Tastes absolutely 5*. Opening the packet and smelling the aroma of the mix I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it turned out to be. I just used tomato puree, garlic, onions, a little cumin and smoked paprika then loaded two tablespoons of the mix into that. Added some supermarket vindaloo sauce, just to add a a bit of moisture then threw some king prawns in at the end. Absolutely sublime. Best curry I've had in a long time.Read full review
