I would recommend plugging it in outdoors on an extension cord to start with ,because being new there's protective coating on the heating elements that produces a lot of smoke ,witch is totally normal for a new oven , once run for 5 minutes on all settings , bring it back indoors for installation in your kitchen .
The fan is quiet , cooked my first meal with it today .
I spent more time removing the sticker labels than the install time , white spirit on a rag removed stubborn adhesive left on the oven door glass !!!
