GREAT EXERCISE MACHINE
It is well made and allows me to use my bike even in rough weather. It is fully assembled and although it is supplied with an adaptor for the rear wheel, my bike fitted straight in with out it, all I had to do was unbox it, unfold it, fit the rear wheel into the frame and clamp the adjuster to my handle bars. Dead Easy. The rear wheel friction roller is easy to use and I have mine set on minimum touching, it works. A friend has one costing with super duper streamlining 3 times as much. WHY it ain't going anywhere and is no better and his does not fold to put away. I have mine set top and top on my gears and mid friction, probably not as much top body exercise as being out on the road but increases the heart rate, what he doctor orderedRead full review
