Purchased as a gift for person residing in very small space or one room. Will hold enough to make 2 servings at once. Glad I purchased the 2 qt, manual model to hold enough liquid for all day low (setting) cooking. Meat, broth, spices, veggies,...go. Easy to make desserts too. I have to say this is only an "OK" crock pot.

I bought two of these, and found the lid doesn't seal the way it should on either of them. The lid seems a bit small, and the steam/heat escapes. I've found mine dry a couple of times. You need to stay close to it, to add liquid if needed. I won't use mine unless I'm home to keep an eye on it. The price and service was excellent. Read full review

One of the questions is durability and I have no idea of that since have only had it a few weeks but overall I am kicking myself I didn't have one this size years ago Today I am cooking chicken to make tacos...
