Ordered these and they arrived today so only a days delivery time which is great.
I can definitely notice that my teeth are a shade different BUT.... and it’s a big but! My teeth are now patchy asif they have removed the enamel in places. Works but very subtle

I've used gel tooth whitening pens previously but was looking for something with more punch. I left the strips on half an hour which is the recommended time but it didn't lighten teeth any more than the gel pens which you only leave on for 5-10 minutes and I didn't really notice any difference. Definitely whitened my teeth but I used it with UV light. I have sensitive gums and it does sting a bit so I take them off after 20 mins instead of the full 30. Would buy again.
