Way better than you'd expect for this price!!
I have been using an Ultimaker previously and was concerned that at around £150, this printer would just suck, but the results are easily as good as a printer 10 times the price and it was really easy to put together, I'd prepared myself for an arduous half day of building, but it was operational within a couple of hours, taking it slowly and carefully. I've been printing virtually non-stop for the last 7 days :DRead full review

Creality Ender 3
So with the Ender 3 there is a lot of problems with parts etc but the one I received was in working order. I unfortunately may have been too hard putting it together which lead to the stepper motor juddering. As this was my fault I didn’t see it right to blame the machine or sender.
At first I thought it was the machine parts that was problematic but later found it was due to cheap screws (cheaper metal gets worn down far quicker than screws should) rather than the machine parts themselves (that’s why it’s four rather than five).
Messaging the sender back and forth without issues and friendly enough trying to sort the issue.
People forget that this is a diy pack so you will run in to a few issues but for the price of the printer compared to others, you roll the dice with it and hope you get decent working one!Read full review

Fantastic machine!
Amazing printer for the money- just take your time during the build and watch the youtube video's all the way through a few times first
If you are a first time owner of a 3d printer you may need to seek out someone local who is already further up the learning curve - I was lucky and had someone who was willing to chat endlessly about my new obsession
Had some amazing prints off mine - mainly PLA, but now experimenting with ABS (It may need to be placed in a room with very stable temperatures or put in an enclosure though)
These things are scarily addictive
Out of the box it is a good machine once setup
There are a few parts that need to be printed to make it reliable
(I'd suggest a cable feed roller as a first - as I did have a few filament snags where it enters into the feeder...but a simple buldog clip to ease the entry will suffice till you have printed one)
So happy with mine I'm considering buying another :)Read full review

Super value.
Was very sceptical about a simi build 3D printer, and thought id need to do lots of mods and tweaks, but worked great 1st time, all the parts are of very high quality and no 3D printed parts.

Excellent printer
This is a brilliant 3d printer that gives perfect prints almost every time. It is perfect for beginners, like myself who would like a sturdy, reliable setup that will work without having to tinker for hours.
I was able to have the printer set up and running within the hour with no problems at all.Read full review

Take your time with the build.
For the money it's a good printer. Arrived with warped print bed, flat spot on the bed guide wheels, this bit was pre-assembled and I think they'd over tightened the adjusting nuts for the wheels. Creality sent a new glass print bed... warped!!! If only they'd up their game with "Quality Control"
Build.... it is a sort of kit. Take your time... Instructions show the assembly of the X axis gantry brackets and guide wheels before sliding it onto the Z Axis uprights. I'd suggest adjusting the brackets wheels one bracket at a time on the Z Axis uprights before assembly. Easier to get a feel for the tightness of the wheels. Use a set square and check the X is square with the Z and make sure all the screws holding the brackets to the X Axis gantry are tight.... you can only reach them while it is off the machine. Get some feeler gauges.... stop messing about with bit's of paper for the nozzle gap to the bed. Get it running smoothly before banging bits of upgrades on. Hopefully this will help someone.Read full review
