Seams to be working on more than just cramps!
I got this to help with pain and cramps from my fibromyalgia, and it has done well, but reading up magnesium is needed for so many of the body's functions, I noticed improvements in many other minor problems, so many that my MD did blood work, and my Mg level has increased finally to normal and to stay on these, since they are real easy on the digestive tract.Read full review

Good product but pricey
This was a life saver when I first bought it about a year ago.. I had really bad cramps and it was the first thing that had ever helped me. Now all of a sudden little by little leg cramps are coming back. I wonder why. Now is a good time to buy magnesium over the counter for about a 1/3 of the price. have 80% filler which cause side affects like itching an diarrhea. This my second

So far product is helping a lot with my leg cramps. I am a 67 year old man and play 18 holes of golf about 4 times a week. 2 pills a day works great so far. I take one pill in the morning and one before going to bed. I have had a couple of near cramps but the muscles relaxed before going into a full bone jarring cramp. Works well. The label says you can take up to 9 a day but I have been taking only 2 each morning and it is working well for me. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because of the terrible toe/foot cramps I was getting one night. Great product
Until I get some health issues solved I have to take about 1400mg of Magnesium a day to keep my magnesium levels in my body at a certain level to keep the anxiety, cramping at bay and just generally feeling better. If one takes a lot of magnesium it can have a laxative effect. Not fun. So with this product I can add it to some of the other magnesium products to lessen the laxative effect and have more comfortable bowel movements.

It did what it said it would do 100% and the best part it keeps getting better. My cramps in my legs were going away a little at a time which I thought was wonderful and then now 7 weeks it is hard to believe what a difference. My cardiologist didn't want to see me and after 9 years booted me over to his nurse practitioner and I was left alone with no one to help me. I love them. Just received the second order. I have had cramps in my legs ankles and feet for years! Cramp Defense worked right away. I take 3 before bed every night!
