Give it time!

There is no way to rate this product just by applying it. Obviously 1-3 years down the road I will be able to give an accurate accessment of it's performance.
That being said I will say this. The prep recommendations,application method,drying times and appearance are all as advertised. I have also primed over my Corroseal and that to is as expected.
Check back in a few years and I will give my "rating".

Great product.

I used it on several older skid steer attachments. Also used it on a trailer.

Clean dirt and loose debree from item, then roll it on or use a paint brush.

Works pretty well

This stuff works okay. You have to realize that it requires prep to work well though. It doesn't penetrate very deep so if you put it over any type of thick rust, and by thick I mean anything thicker than surface rust, you'll just have a layer of primer over rust. Overall I think it's worth the money. We'll see how it holds up over time.Read full review

Looks great, easy to use, time will tell about durability.

Seems to work great! Used it under a used pick up I bought. Just wanted to slow down the rust. Any place that fairly heavy or flaky, I first it with a pressure washer and wire brush, if I could reach it. Then blew it clear with compressed air and let dry. Then put corroseal in a 1/2 gallon garden sprayer and sprayed it everywhere I could reach. Only used about 1/2 gallon and it seems to convert and seal well. Sure looks better.😉
Be sure to do it outside and I recommend wearing goggles and some clothes you won't mind trashing. Using a lift for better access would be really helpful and a garden sprayer with a long narrow wand for hard to reach places, too.Read full review

Worth every penny

I did a little homework online to see what options were available to combat the rust on the frame of a ‘66 Chevy truck I’m restoring- reviews and comments in forums led me to corroseal . I shopped around for it, found a good price and a seemingly reputable dealer- I was not disappointed in the least. In fact I have NEVER been so impressed with a product of this type. I’ve used lots of other rust converters that have all been complete trash! This stuff is awesome, works so well. My truck frame was in rough shape! I have used all of the rust converters and Corriseal has worked best for me. I recommend giving it a try.

I have tried all of the rust converters and Corroseal has worked better for me than any other. I live close to the Gulf so things rust bad here. It has helped me keep them from rusting to pieces.
