Messy Connoisseur silver tarnish remover. Don't buy without checking to see if handle present.nt

It cleaned the tarnish, but it was a messy job. There is a slotted post that supports the basket in the jar. It seems to me that the slotted post was there to support a handle. There was no handle present. Consequently, it was a messy job to lower the basket and then retrieve it using only the post. I queried the seller about this. They sent me a picture of their jar. It had a slotted post but no handle. I can only assume that they bought numerous defective products and think it's ok because they have a picture of another defective product from the same batch. GREAT product, the best for small silver objects (not large plates) whatever will fit into the container, tarnish will disappear from any object in about 3 seconds, cannot use with delicate materials though like lacquered or dyed polished opal or pearls or glazed precious stones because it will take the lacquer and dye off. The container says not to use for gold but I have good luck with solid gold also, best to use the gold cleaner they make for that. Drop in a piece of sterling silver jewelry. Choose the darkest most tarnished piece you can find. Immediately take it out. Like new and that quick. Be mindful of gemstones. This will tear up your silver jewelry in 2.5seconds you can't get this on your skin this will remove the tarnish but it will also remove any type of silver from your jelwery very quickly also I would not recommend this to anyone I'd tell you to go have it cleaned professionally do not even try this I put my Sterling silver ring in this my sister got at Walmart for my birthday last year because I had worked in it and after my sweat got on it it tarnished very badly well I left my ring in this for 1min.
