Making the recess for the lock barrel requires some DIY knowledge but fitting the lock is easy. Very strong construction.

Good value for money and provides both side locking access to the door as advertised. The long throw makes it able to cope with quite a gap between door edge and jamb.

The best gate locks

These are a superb idea. One problem with gates is that you can't usually lock and unlock them from outside. These locks are brilliant and look smart and secure too.
