This device is great for addressing warts and skin tags.
The temperature it reaches for treatment is much lower than any other product available (with the exception of liquid nitrogen).

The reason I can't give it better than 3/5 is that it's design is unlikely to make it usable for more than one treatment application.

The valve that controls the release of nitrous oxide leaks. So, if you have one or more warts to treat, be ready to treat them all at once.

Other than that, this applicator is great!

Product leaked after first application, was no gas a few days later when I went to reuse.

The gas leaked out of the canister after the first use, it must have frozen slightly depressed allowing a very small leak. I think the regular Compound W freeze off is better, at least it is designed better. Read full review

Nice way to remove a simple wart but mine was stubborn and reappeared. I gave up and tried Duct tape and that worked.
