Great kit to spend your quarantine and enjoy the results
I made my first mozzarella using this kit.
It’s easy, you have only to buy a good milk and follow the recipe. The most important and a little hard phase is the shaping of the mozzarella, but following some videos you can make it quickly.
I can’t wait now to try the other 19 cheeses’ recipes on the book of Cheese Monkey in the kit.
