Confusing

Delivery was great. Haven't been able to make it work. Installation manual missing. Even with online tutorials still confusing. Even using chamberlain opener.

Great addition to the garage door

Easy to install and setup. I'd buy it again. My motivation to buy this was because my opener had limited antenna range and was getting interference from the LED lights in my garage, however this unit is fantastic with easy open and close from my iPhone. Ok smart device.

The device is ok, good for the price I payed and performs as expected. The frustration I’m having with it is it claims to be a “smart” device and is “compatible” with google assistant, but the fine print, which I failed to read, is that chamberlain requires a monthly subscription to make it compatible with google assistant. Bought the MyQ after I left the house and thought I left the garage door open a third time. Installation was very basic, and the hub paired to my WiFi and Overhead Door brand opener via the MyQ app very easily. My 9yr old daughter helped me and was able to understand the installation directions. It works well, and the app is very user friendly.
