I've always wanted a printer so I can print out my own shipping labels and all of my bank statements and credit card statements et cetera. I have not had much need to use this printer yet, but I like what I see so far. For an all-in-one, the quality is excellent. Great Size for Small Work Area

I wanted a smaller printer for my office as I have limited space. This printer is perfect for that. It MAY have been easy to set up, but I had issues and had to call Canon for help. (They were wonderful to deal with). Although my printer was brand new, apparently the drivers needed to be updated. Because they weren't, I couldn't get it to work properly. This printer is user-friendly and not huge! It is intuitive for me as well. I did have to deep-clean the print heads 4-5 times in order to get a flawless image (I figure it had been sitting in storage for some time), but it surprisingly didn't use up too much ink even with that!
