When price/features are more important than quality

For the price, this does what you'd expect. Having trouble setting up the Fax feature however. Build quality is not the same as the 15 year old Epson it replaced, but that is the nature of modern things. Print speed is acceptable, as is scanning, although it doesn't like to be rushed. Cartridges are reasonable size/price, although we went for the larger size. Print quality is good, both black and colour, but we may get issues as we don't use it everyday. Read full review

Not great

Even for a cheap printer it's not great very slow and features are hard to set up compared to the epsom printer we have of similar value

Excellent printer

I bought this printer after reading reviews as it was at my budget and on offer as well and I'm glad I bought it. It was easy to set up with the disk it came with and for setting it up on phone was just a case of downloading app and it scanned and found printer straight away, it is the first printer I've owned and I am glad i bought it and I'm hoping it will last me years to come. A very good printer for the price

Very easy to set up and I find the print quality is very good and the colours clear. I particularly like that the scanner has a feeder as well as being a flat bed. The only small negative is that I have found that communication can be a bit slow when printing from some applications, mainly when printing from Internet pages but otherwise very good Read full review

Canon printer

The printer was easy to set up and included the print cartridges.
The replacement cartridges are expensive, but I don't print much so suited my needs. Consider a different printer with lower consumable prices if you are a medium to large volume printer.

Works well now problem sorted

the instructions were easy to follow for setting up. However, even after being connected, it printed very spasmodically - mostly refusing.
When I contacted a technical advisor, she got me to remove the connection to my old Canon printer. Once I did this, all was well and it has worked perfectly since then.
It might be helpful to write in the instructions that old canon connections (and perhaps other printers also) need to removed from your device.Read full review
