Lens shoots great crisp pictures. Beautiful detail. Only draw back was customs through fed ex sent me a $33 bill. Not happy about that.

Not perfect but the best yet.

I do mostly in the field, hand held shots this is the best 100mm macro i have used.
No auto focus will be a match for a tripod but the system on this lens is far better than my previous lenses.>If i have one gripe about the focus it would be that the cut off for the focus limit switch is a little too close for Butterflies so i have to use the "full' position and this often slow things down a bit.
At the end of the day though I am getting my best shots ever with this lens.Read full review

Good lens, good condition

A great deal for an L lens. As it is my first, I expected very high quality and I think it is there. The only issue is that it is a used lens and I know that. The lens caps for both ends don't really fit well and there is quite a bit of dust which I'll have to get cleaned, but overall the lens works.Read full review
