I bought this as a general camera for taking 'snaps'. My phone is useful as it's always with me and my pro kit I use on assignments not for casual use. I owned an earlier version and liked the size, build quality, feature set and tactile feel of the thing. Fantastic compact camera

So good I bought two!

I bought my first one about 10 years ago and when it showed signs of failing on me I bought a replacement.

It works beautifully. Turns out that the first one was still OK. Just a failed memory card.

So now I have a wonderful backup - just in case!

Useful manual controls for ISO EV. Only 10MPx, but that's fine as I'm not making prints the size of a bus!

Great little camera with many features, should have been up dated instead of discontinued. Finding a camera with the same variety of options very difficult.
