The one drawback is that neither this one or the one I had before glide through the hair smoothly. I have to wrap the hair around the brush and hold for a few seconds. The Perfecter works perfectly

I love the perfecter and I use this every day. It is important to know when using this product that you must unwind your hair the way you wound it up or it can get tangled. I have fine hair which is shoulder length and has a natural wave to it and occasionally my hair gets tangled and I have to remind myself to stop, take a breath and slowly unwind my hair.

Works Well on Fine Hair

My hair is shoulder length and fine. This styling tool has worked very well for me. It has 2 heat settings, but I never need to use the higher setting. I have an extra Styler on hand in case my original breaks down. I have had my original Styler for 3 years, and I use it every day. It gives a nice soft curl, and leaves your hair looking smooth. Perfect curler

I had the same hair curler in the past and loved it. Mine finally got old and the teeth started breaking off, so I replaced it. Some reviews complained about the hair getting tangled in the teeth. You do have to curl and uncurl in a straight line or that can happen. However, with this technique, I have had no problems. Love this Perfecter Fusion Styler Brush!

I can use this and my hair will stay curly all day long and often curly for 2-3 days! I'm serious! I just pull it up in a loose scruncie on top of my head at night and next morning the curls just flow again. This brush is the best!!! I have used a curling iron but the curl will fall out of my hair well before the day is over; but the curl does not fall out with the Perfecter Brush. I know you think I'm just saying this, but I am not. This brush is awesome. I will say you do have to get used to using it, so that you don't get it tangled in your hair, but well worth the short-learning task. I had a 1.5" barrel for several years and it did finally stop heating, but I did not hesitate buying a new one. When I replaced it I bought the 2" barrel and love it. I keep an extra one at my daughter's house because I am there so often. May hair is long to the middle of my back and does have a small bit of natural curl.
