Quality Lumpwood For Grilling

Quality lumpwood that lights fast and burns really hot. First cook was to grill steaks so wanted it hot but these were hotter than any wood I’ve ever seen. My thermostat went actually went past the max reading of 370 degrees. Perfect for steaks. Only issue has been for longer smoking cooks, where I usually get 7 hours or more from one batch of coals. These die out easily if wanting to smoke consistently at 125 degrees. You have to watched them closely.Read full review
