Simple, easy, and clean looking. Although this is a older model I still enjoy using it very much. Loading new tape takes seconds and very easy to do so and prints come out clean and professional.>
The best parts of this unit is the full keyboard and the very long lasting battery life.

Negative.... maybe just unit being a bit overweight but that's because of the batteries.

Rarely used is exaggerating

I expected both units to basically be in great shape, based on the listing for them, but that was NOT the case. The tape sits under a lid in the main unit, and the lid is supposed to be attached with hinges and lift up... this one the lid stays in place when closed but comes off completely when opening it. I had a similar device for years and bought several spare tape cartridges. When the device finally broke and I tried to replace it with a new one, I found that the new ones use different cartridges. Batteries had been left in, and were completely corroded. I had to spend an hour to repair the corroded connections. Other than that, it worked fine. Can't complain too much because of the price.
