I use this mainly to make lemon juice for my pesto sauce. I made 16 jars yesterday and today, and using the Breville 800CPXL Citrus Press makes it so much easier. Doing this by hand takes it out of me and is much slower. This machine is super simple to use, it is so fast it trips me out and has me laughing. Great! It is easy to use and requires only light pressure on the handle to reap all of the fruit/juice leaving only a white shell. It arrived just a couple of days ago and we've onlky used it once. Works very well. Going out for a citrus tomorrow. Only oranges so far but should work well with lemons and grapefruit, too.
