These do 'exactly' what they say they will do. These are great if you have sinus problems and your nose sort of closes up at night. You can 'really' breathe again with your mouth closed. It takes a couple of nights to get used to something taped to your nose but you will soon get over it. Non habit forming but you sure can get addicted to a good nights sleep. Highly recommend. BreathRight Strips for sensitive skin

I was recently diagnosed with sleep Apnea, as part of the process I was instructed to use Breath Right strips to open my nose allowing for better machine function. The issue is not the company I bought from, it is the strips, they say 1-size for all adults and they are not long enough to do anything for me. This is such a spectacular product! Even when my allergies are SUPER bad or I have a cold, I can breathe through my nose after application. I recommend using alcohol for better adhesion. Sleep better!

I continue to buy Breathe Right Strips for my husband for a reason. He has found if he forgets to wear one at night he's tireder the next day...and...has more chance of a headache. Trying to convince him a sleep study would be helpful? Well, that ain't gonna happen! So, finding these strips is the next best thing. Like many he has a deviated septum and these do help!
