As electric razors go this one is acceptable. It does not give the close shave you get with a normal razor and you can still feel areas of short stubble hair it misses. However, this is about normal for electric razors. The charging is relatively quick and the razor motor is not too loud. A well designed and efficient razor

I was looking for a razor which would give me a smoother shave that I was getting using a conventional razor with a blade so I chose this Braun electric razor
.
I was impressed by the sturdy quality of the razor and by the fact that it can be used wet or dry.

I found the best results are obtained by using it with a thin layer of shaving foam to provide lubrication.

I have been able to obtain a closer shave with this razor than I was managing to achieve with a new Gillette blade and the battery charge lasts for more than a week.

An added advantage is the trimmer which is ideal for keeping my side boards level and for removing surplus growth from my ears.Read full review
