"Great for cleaning brass and copper"
My family have used Brasso metal polish for many years, going back to parents and grand parents. It is the best product for cleaning brass and also copper. The only downside is that when it dries, it leaves a white residue, which is a bit harder to remove from more detailed items when polishing.Read full review

Brasso
I bought the Brasso as I have quite a few brass pieces, but don't clean them too much as I like the patina.
I also purchased it because a friend has told me that it's good for getting scratches out of mirrors and as I have a large mirror above the fireplace with a scratch in it thought I'd give it a go and what do you know it works!
Have to put Brasso on a cloth and gently go round the scratch in circles, may have to do it a few times depending on the scratch.
Great product, glad it's still being made.Read full review

Shine of Yesteryear Continues to The Present
When I was a child, every Sunday it was my duty to clean the brass door knobs in our home, uding Brasso. This was a task that filled me with disdain. The shine it gave was amazing in that time would be spent making funny faces in the reflection it helped produce.
Now of age, I can't do without Brasso as I now have door handles and ornaments that still require that brilliant shine. So my weekly chore continues, but now with delight.Read full review

Brasso used on Glass
Purchased Liquid Brasso to see if it would remove a smear/scratch surface caused by a windscreen wiper blade on a car windscreen. Bearing in mind the product uses are not listed for use on glass. The smear/scratch was not deep and was not detectable by a finger nail test but was visible. Used a micro cloth buffer in conjunction with an electric drill.Took a lot of time but eventually worked.Read full review

Brasso is Classo.
Brasso as a product has been around forever, My grandparents used it for their candlesticks or any other Brass
ornaments they owned, as Brass was very popular once upon a time, although not so much nowadays. It has always cleaned Brass, Copper, Chrome superbly and I doubt if any other product comes close to it's cleaning properties.Read full review

You can't beat it!
As I say you can't beat Brasso, it's an established product which goes back many years I think, it's good for light work, or with the addition of wire wool with remove most marks etc. I would recommend Brasso as an effective cleaner of most metals, but of especially brass, many thanks!Read full review

Shines Brasses.
Everyone recognises Brasso, it is a well known product for cleaning metal. The price seems a little expensive, I am sure it doesn't cost that much in the supermarket.
