Great noise cancellation but was hoping for more umph out of sound quality

Noise cancellation is great but I was expecting sound quality to be better for a Bose product. It's very comfortable (light and fits well) for long term use.

Great all-around set of headphones. Very happy

Insanely comfortable, I can wear these for hours during conference calls for work and not get any sort of fatigue. Microphone quality is pretty good as well. Not the best, but good enough that I haven't had any complaints about sounding any different than using my regular mic.

I purchased these and the Sony WH-1000XM3's to compare. The Sony's noise cancelling is out of this world, but the microphone quality is terrible for conference calls: Zoom, Skype, etc. They are also not as comfortable. Super bummer because I was really impressed with the noise cancelling and sound quality.

The noise cancelling on the Bose is pretty good, but can't touch the Sony's. Overall I'm really happy with the Bose, a great all around-headphone set that does everything I need it to do.

Homerun!

I am coming from a on ear competitors brand that were uncomfortable after wearing for a few hours. I pushed through the discomfort because I thought the sound was great.
Then I replaced them with these over the ear Bose Quietcomfort 35 ii mainly for 2 reasons. Over the ear comfort instead of on ear discomfort and also the quiet that comes from the noise canceling. Read full review

Sound canceling what a difference

I have used the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 since January 2020. Was very impressed with the effectiveness of the noise cancellation. I run stand a lone air filters in my office and bedroom. When I but the QC 2 on the noise of the air filter disappears. I have to remind the wife she needs to make eye contact because I won’t hear her hollaring at me. Sound quality is very much in-line with what you expect from Bose. I can put on SirusXM channel and listen to jazz, rock or just talking heads. Really have been a great buy and would recommend. Love Wireless

I have the wired Bose 35ll quiet comfort also and the wireless are my go to headphones now. Sound is great for my hearing impaired ears and the Alexa is a nice feature.
