This kettle is just what I wanted. 3000kw for fast boiling, water level window on both sides, wide lid for easy filling and all in stainless steel inside out. I love how the switch lights in a beautiful red colour, it makes it look lovely at nighttime waiting for a cuppa. Best on the market for similar shaped steel kettles

This kettle was the only one which had all my requirements and looks good too. My only gripe before purchasing was the red on/off switch. I'd have preferred transparent with maybe a coloured light when in the on position. In use, with the dark viewing window to see the water level, it is difficult to determine when only wanting to put in the minimum amount but maybe that's my eyesight or a dull kitchen. A great kettle from a very good manufacturer.

I purchased this kettle as I am fed up with plastic kettles discolouring and looking awful. It is a great looking kettle and would look good with any coloured kitchen even our brown & cream colour scheme. It does exactly what it says in the discription, just take care that you don't touch the metal part of the kettle when freshly boiled, it will burn you, so keep out of reach of young children. Stylish sensible kettle

This is the third one we have had over a 8 year period. The other 2 were cream and got scruffy and the filter went. This chrome and will hopefully stay more pristine. Looks good too.

Great kettle

I spent far too long looking for an ideal kettle. My last one was a German brand that no one had heard of before, but it was perfect and lasted 15 years! It was hard to find something that would live up to the last kettle (whose only fault was a slightly leaking water gauge after 15 years). Anyway, I considered Dualit, but the design wasn't practical enough for the price. Other top brands had their faults too, so I narrowed it down to this kettle.
So far so good. It is as quick and as quiet as my last kettle. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but I'm not holding my breath. The only down side is that it is not a 2l kettle like my last one was, but I will get used to that.Read full review

Good kettle

We like it a lot. Only niggles are that it is noisier than the Philips we replaced and the downside of going back to metal after years of plastic is that you have to remember it's hot!
