This iron arrived with a burnt sole plate and lime scale in water tank, I had to clean both before I could use the iron properly.

great steam iron

This is the 2nd bosch steam generator iron I have purchased, its almost identical to my first bosch steam generator, the only thing the flex is abit short. I find the steam is excellant very powerful which I like also the shut off facility, as have my iron is on sometimes for several hours and it saves switches on and off. The other thing on my last bosch steam generator iron it had a lift out plate that your iron can sit on the side of your ironing board, this one doesn't have, glad I kept it.
