I bought this to sand down a complete kitchen, to remove the upper surface of the melamine. Its done a brillaint job so long as you use the correct grade of sanding paper. Having no cord halved the time but if doing a large job, such as this, it is useful having a spare battery. The battery incidently is really quick to recharge but I was happy having a spare so I could get on with the job without a break. I would buy another if asked.Read full review

I found this much easier to use than the corded sanders I've used previously.
I've just used it when replacing a shower and it was very effective
Registering it with Bosch extends the warranty to 3 years
