The Perfect Stand.
Purchased in conjunction with Bosch GCM18v-350 saw system. Why this stand and not the 2500 or 2600 versions? The GTA2600 is a good entry level saw stand, good to stick in a car or van, but not rugged enough for long run boards or beams, the GTA2500 is a portable stand with wheels and collapses easily, but is a short stand meaning that the rails when extended are still short, ok, great if you're working with shorter materials or on a job site a fair bit of the time. Now then, the GTA3800 is a professional level, heavy duty stand, offers longer material support and if you know how to utilise your saw with a stand like this, you can support much longer material runs for batch cutting. The advantage of this leg stand is the optional wheel kit, which I recommend you invest in if you go for this stand, this means you can leave your saw locked on the stand and wheel the stand to your chosen work area then unfold the first leg set and then lift to set the 2nd leg set. not exactly easy if you're not that strong, but the average person would be fine with this, you can always just take the saw off easily using the saw mounts, set the stand up and lift the saw to the stand and it locks in place. This is a high quality and professional stand to offer the best in material handling.Read full review

Robust and well made - All folding legs NOT adjustable
The Item is heavy to carry but that is what you would expect when the item is well made and contains a lot of metal parts. Only one leg is adjustable for length that makes using this saw workbench on uneven ground a NO-NO!. The metal saw attachment/mounting bars that the saw is affixed are not easily attached with a heavy 305mm mitre saw. I found the quick clamp/release levers very stiff and the mechanism needed adjustment. Otherwise, there is plenty of support for long lengths of wood to be cut safely.Read full review
