Great device that sure beats a tape measure!
This is a second Blaze that I have purchased. First one is at home and this is at a second home that I own. These are great devices. They work fine, are accurate and most of all very easy to use. Sure beats a tape measure - especially when measuring up agains a wall where you just can't get the tape measure to bend enough to be accurate. The first one I have had for 6 years and it still works great. So, my guess is that they are durable and dependable.Read full review

A time saver at a great price!

Bosch Blaze Laser Tape is AWESOME!!
Great product, easy to use VERY accurate. I was going to use this for only estimating distances for my interior trim work. This tool is as accurate as my tape measure! Neat
Haven't had it long enough to judge it's durability but it is small, compact and easy to use. I am looking forward to using it in lieu of a conventional tape measure. It will certainly be more convenient for longer measurements and long measurements can be done by one person. Very Fast
It takes a few minutes to figure it out and a few more with the first practical use but this is a very fast and accurate tool. It's easy to work with and great for large openings where a tape measurer is difficult to reach because of the height or length of the opening.

Terrific Rangefinder for Photography!
This is a great little gimcrack. You push a button, laser comes on and you read the distance from target to the butt-end of the thing.
Why I bought it: I have a terrific old German folding camera, great lens & shutter, 6 x 9cm negative, simple to use. The problem was it only focuses properly by setting the distance ring on the lens, expressed in meters. Since you can’t directly see the image, and this model has no rangefinder, getting anything reliably focused under 10 or 15 meters is a challenge.
With this little wonder, I put the butt end on the front of the lens, get a distance to the subject and set the focus ring, now accurate to +/- 1/8” (or about +/- 3mm) and snap away. Fantastic!Read full review

I have other Bosch laser measures but they're accurate to 1/32 of an inch which is great But too small of,measurement for what I need. I field measure for a high production cabinet shop in California, we Measure hundreds of units (apartments) a week so this GLM 20 is much simpler, measures to the 1/16" which is perfect and fast to use.The back-light is great in the darker units.Read full review
