Perfect phone, I love it
I love my Blackberry. In an age were phones like this have all but been replaced by Android type phones these phones may seem to some as dated and old fashioned but to me they are the ideal phone. Small and compact and far easier to slip into a pocket yet large enough to be easy to use. They sit perfectly in the hand and feel perfectly weighted. With regards to performance and features they have all the essentials. because its a dated operating system I found the only way to go online is to download opera mini browser as the inbuilt one wont work and cannot be updated. With the opera min browser installed internet browsing is a joy, the small screen is juts big enough to be able to read everything and it is very fast indeed, You tube vids play via the blackberry media player automatically but sadly they are pretty low definition and you cant alter it but watchable. Its the best MP3 player I ever owned and displays the Album art and track listings much better than android devices and the sound quality with earphones is HIFI. It has 2 cameras onboard. both still and video. The still camera is only 2MP but despite this the quality is very good indeed with plenty of detail unless you zoom in even when viewed on a PC however the video camera is not a replacment for a camcorder but handy to have onboard. Battery life is very good and its perfect with its qwerty keyboard for typing online and texting, far better than the android onscreen hit and miss keyboard. Sadly there are no apps or games for it to download so its no games machine. All in all for me the perfect phone and I really love it. Evrythign you need all in a compact phone that looks smart and fits easy into a pocket. I have now had to buy an android phone for a job but for my day to day personal use I will be sticking to my Blackberry.Read full review

Good for the price
Battery life is OK and it is quick and easy to charge. Nice compact phone but next time I would buy a bigger one, as the keyboard is very small. The central control button takes a while to get use to and is a bit too sensitive. I have tried to re-set the ring tone but the phone refuses to react.Read full review

Great little phone with a video camera
My old Blackberry Curve 8520 died (I think I had it 7 years) and I was looking for a replacement - I couldn't believe I could replace it with a brand new one at such a low price. The phone was as expected - we’ll for £4.00 it was never going to be a world beater. Like most old BlackBerry’s it remains locked into BES - an Old work phone still with obsolete software - this means you cannot set up email on the phone - you will have to use the Internet. sadly the battery would not take a charge, I couldn't get it off Spanish into English and it didn't take my numbers etc
total waste of money but at least it was cheap.
