Back belt

Lightweight and reasonably good ,however after a few weeks of use it started to slip ie come undone. I took mine to a clothing alteration place with a recommendation and it is now perfect. I won't say what I have done because the people who designed it should know. I am not sure whether they just hope you will keep buying new ones every few months or they haven't done the research they claim. The alteration I made cost just £4. great for pain

I am on my second belt. I work 12 hour shifts so it gets some use to say the least. I don't know how it works in helping with pain, but it does. I blew 3 discs 5 years ago and this is the first thing to work. It is very light weight and easy to use and most of the time i don't know i'm wearing it. I would recommend this belt to anyone who suffers from lower back pain. The only problem i have found with it is that after 15/16 hours a day, 7 days a week for the last 6 months or so, the Velcro does start to loose it's effect, but that may be down to the amount of use it get's. I have not had this item for any length of time. I have only been wearing it if I have been leaving the house and not wearing it indoors. I must admit I find it reasonably comfortable but if I wear it too long there is an irritation which means I have to remove it. However, I have found it beneficial and it helps my posture somewhat.
