I am a nutritional therapist who specialises in digestive health and this is my first choice probiotic. As far as capsule form probiotics go, this is the best on the market as it provides 14 strains of beneficial bacteria to repopulate the gut and balance the microbiome. This is up there in terms of amount of strains with fermented foods and drinks such as kefir, sauerkraut and kombucha.

I have used it in the past to address my own digestive issues so I knew it would be of great help to my rescue kittens who had a rough start in life and have/had digestive issues. Happy Gut Equals Good Health

For quite sometime now I had been getting indigestion on a regular basis. I have only been taking one a day but now I have more energy and indigestion is no longer a problem. The weird thing is this product helped with other issues as well. For about 2 years I have had to blow my nose much more than normal and I was coughing quite a bit. After taking Bio-Kult for a few days I had a cold. Once this cleared up my nose blowing is now normal and I'm not coughing anymore. I also had some other minor ailments and these have all cleared up as well. Great Product - a bit out of my league expense-wise

Roll isn’t quality.

I make my own yoghurt with one capsule in a liter of milk. I can reuse a yoghurt starter for quite a few times after that.
