Not bad for the money but you pay for what you get. Suction on the higher level is still not enough for cleaning carpets without a good few attempts. The fitting of the extension arm for upright clearing is not easy. Basically it's a really tight fit and remove it needs a good twist and firm tug. That part could be designed better.
