Whilst Beko products always good value, we have a number, the instruction and installation instructions are always deficient. They often refer to parts that do not exist or fail to include parts that do. Unfortunately Beko customer support has little knowledge above that in the manual although they endeavour to help. Brilliant price compared to retail outlets. Only quibble is there is no indentation at the back to house hose etc, therefore it is not flush at the front with my other units. Sticking out approx 5cm.
