Disappointed doesn’t compare with previous editions

I was disappointed because it is not like the older ones. Not reader friendly small print photos instead of the old pictures hand drawn. I have my mothers centenary copy and wanted another one for my grand daughter aged 11. She loves my book. I thought this one would be similar but it isn’t. Sometimes progress (in the printing world) is a step backwards. It was to be a little Xmas stocking filler but it is just not suitable.Read full review

My Mother used recipies from this cookbook , to create wonderfull meals and memories I hold dear . My Husband found this here . It is not a large book and their is always ' room for one more '. Simply brilliant recipes for everyday

I have been using my copy of the Bero cookery book for 48years. I regularly buy copies for friends, nephews, nieces and this one is for my daughter who has started uni.

I'm now 70 years old and my mother gave me an original Be-Ro book years ago. Un be known to me, my wife threw it out, so I had to get another one.
