Probable cancer causing product

Bought to kill off some ivy. Sprayed twice to top and underside of leaves. Didn't do the job. Subsequently learned that glyphosate is a probable carcinogen. A worker in the USA contracted Hodgkin's Lymphoma and was recently awarded tens of millions of dollars against Bayer/Monsanto. Thousands of other cases are in the pipeline. Independent research shows that glyphosate kills off essential/good bacteria in bee's digestive systems and may be responsible for harming other wildlife as well as harming us. Glyphosate has been found in most bread sold in the UK. It is sprayed on most genetically modified crops and on wheat grain to dry it before harvesting. The "precautionary principal" means that we should be avoiding it, if we can and that it shouldn't be sold to the general public who generally don't wear the protective suits and masks worn by workers handling dangerous chemicals.Read full review
