I have taken this product for one month and I have liked the results so far. I’m in my early 40’s and losing that last 10-15 pounds has been near impossible. But I’m down 5 lbs so far. I take 4 pills at night on an empty stomach. I’ve had the best results with this method. My sleep is gradually getting better. I still wake up in the middle of the night but it’s better than the 3 or 4 times before this product. I’ll post more info as I continue taking this product.Read full review

I read a lot of the hype about this product so I thought I'd give it a try. For the money I expected much much more. I can tell of absolutely NO benefit that this pricey product provides. The only thing that it increased was the amount of money leaving my wallet! I doubt very seriously this product has been tested or has any backing from actual science or health professionals! The GF-9 product is great for increasing energy, especially if you work out. It also helps with increasing muscle mass, and decreasing fat. It is, however, very expensive. The person I bought the last batch from had fairly good prices compared to many others.Read full review
