I bought this powder as I wanted to up my electrolytes. I have ME and muscle weakness so exercise isn't possible so I wasn't buying this for the gym. This particular powder was supposed to have all the electrolytes, but it tasted like pure salt in my smoothie. I put in just under the tiny scoop amount recommended (they provide the scoop) in a banana smoothie that also had nuts, fresh blueberries and other powders like cacao and topped up with hemp milk and it completely ruined it. I I had to pour it away as the first mouthful made me retch. It seems there is far more sodium in this powder than anything else. I guess it's good quality, but I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Read full review
