they work very well

I have had two sets of these phones before and they have all stopped working within three years. Luckily I purchased the extra guarantee so qualified for a no cost replacement. Outside of the longevity issue they work very well and do what it says on the tin. We do not receive any nuisance calls at all and my wife feel much more secure as a result. The last ones I bought were for a widow friend who has been inundated by cold calls and finds it difficult to say NO. With better long term reliability they would get 5 stars. Read full review...

Great way to stop those cold calls

Dissapointing

Poor quality. Already had to replace a base unit and one of the handsets. Poor quality , cheaply made and look around for something better and not BT phones .

Since using the BT 8500 Callblocker, I'm a far calmer person, because it screens out all those unwanted calls that used to annoy me, so I really can't praise it enough.
It took a bit of setting up, as that part could have been simpler, but once that was done it's great!!

This stopped all our unwanted sales calls overnight, though Caller ID from the landline provider is a must to secure the full benefit. Simply rubish

This phone set is simply rubbish i use it for 8 month and all hand set are now dead. Not the battery its the handsets gave up. Very poor quality should not be on the market at all
