Overeall happy with it.
Seems a bit of lesser quality than a York or intermatic, and a little noisy, but with a little insulation stuffed into wall box, not bad at all. As far as longevity, maybe more suitable for a low use area. I will buy a couple more for that purpose.Read full review

Failed
The timer worked one time after installed. Now I turn the knob and will not stay on. The mechanism is not catching to keep the switch on and activate the mechanical timer. I have to hold the knob at an on position otherwise it will spring to the off position. Also note the knob is not pointing vertically. Check the yellow arrow site for reviews as well. A forgotten gem
There are so many inventions that have been tossed away for technological reasons. Sadly, there was nothing wrong with the original idea. In fact, in this case, I have better hope of this device lasting longer than an electronic device using a microprocessor. Gear driven devices typically last for many years. This also potentially saves energy due to the automatic shutoff. Just one of the reasons that they are used in the hotel industry.Read full review

great bath fan timer
timer is easy to install and looks good. using the timer on the bathroom fan eliminates the humidity in the bathroom during showers and baths. if you are replacing a switch, you will have to purchase a new cover plate for a decorator switch.Read full review

Good high current timer
Needed this to take the place of an appliance I had on a switch that I'd forget to turn off too often & burning up excess power. The high current capacity was just what I needed to handle power of that appliance, so far is working flawlessly.Read full review

GREAT MONEY SAVING DEVICE!!
Great light timer for my wife’s closet! She has a 200 Watt incandescent bulb in her closet so she can accurately see the differences in colors and shades of her clothes. They don’t make an LED bulb yet that has the power and color shade of the 200 Watt incandescent bulb. Only problem is she forgets and leaves that big, power-hungry bulb on all day and it draws a lot of power and costs a lot to operate. I suggested to her that we could install a timer and she agreed that it was a good idea. The high quality BN-LINK 60 minute timer was cheap to buy, easy to install, and easy to operate. Now, we don’t have a energy-wasting bulb burning uselessly in her closet. Read full review

Works, but LOUD ticking timer.
Works well. Only downside is the loud ticking of the windup timer. Sounds like a “Mission Impossible” prop to heighten the drama in a scene as the seconds tick down. I had to insulate the electrical box so the plastic box didn’t amplify the ticking. Will work better with a metal electrical box. Read full review

Works just fine
Works fine, came with everything needed for the 5-minute installation process. Needs a Decora switch plate ($0.65 at Home Depot). For those who have never used a mechanical timer, it ticks audibly (think mechanical kitchen timer). Since I installed it in a bathroom and not a bedroom, the ticking isn't an issue for me.Read full review

Good quality, low cost, turn-the-knob one-shot timer.
I kept leaving my air compressor on when I only needed on for 15 minutes. This is a good quality timer.. spring wound so no messing with a digital keypad. Just a quick turn of the knob. I bought two. I had to drive a contactor to switch 220V high current to the compressor, so this timer turns on the coil of the contactor relay. The second timer I'm going to use for a yard lamp. Turn it on for light and let it turn itself off.Read full review

About time...
I had a timer like this to give me light while walking from the work shop to the house ... After approx 15 years it up and quit..this is a very well made switch/timer that fit easily into the box..I like the 60 minute on time ..its longer than the old timer would go..comes with several different knobs and plates to fit your needs..Read full review
